The Next Conversation You Have Could Change Everything.
- Have you ever wondered what it would it be like to feel utterly at home in your own life?
- Have you wondered if the patterns running your life could truly be let go?
- Have you wondered if life could not just improve, but TRANSFORM?
- Have you wondered if what binds you up could be your superpower?
- Have you wondered if another version of you is waiting just beyond this one?
This is seasoned work.
The kind shaped by over 15 years of licensed therapeutic experience in the trenches.
Sitting with people in the deep-end of the pool.
Showing up all the way.
What Makes a Master Therapist?
A master therapist has enough experience to know how to read patterns. What's said and unsaid. Where emotion lives in the body. How history, attachment, belief and behavior organize a life.
My work is built on perception, not protocol. I listen for inconsistencies, repetitions, and emotional signals that most therapy overlooks. I track how symptoms, relationships, physical pain and inner conflict speak the same language - just in different dialects. This allows the work to move straight to what's stuck instead of circling the surface.
Mastery comes from time, range and depth. Years of working across trauma, spiritual crisis, and complex inner systems trains the eye to see faster and more deeply. The work becomes about knowing where to intervene - and when to wait. It becomes about how to meet what comes up without overwhelming the system.
My work is about tracking you moment to moment. I don't emotionally falter or go numb when things get hard. I stay with you in the trenches. I hold the thread when you can't. I track you - step for step. It's the kind of attention and care we all deeply desire but usually don't receive. We all want to be met. That steady compassionate presence is often what allows the change to happen, sort of like magic. Because that's what unconditional care does.

What is Attachment-Based Therapy?
We’re all wired for connection. It’s not just “nice-to-have”... it’s survival. Back in the 1960s, psychologist John Bowlby showed that children need at least one rock-solid person to feel safe with. When they have that, they can explore, take risks, and grow.
But a lot of us didn’t get that. Maybe your childhood was unpredictable, emotionally unsafe, or just… lonely. So now what? How do you heal from something you should have had all along?
One of the biggest ways is through safe, steady closeness with another person... even in adulthood. That’s why the bond between you and your therapist matters so much.
In therapy, the kind of friendship we'll foster together isn’t the same thing as grabbing coffee with a friend. The whole focus is on you: your healing, your story. But I don’t stay behind a blank wall. I bring my personality into the room with us. I let you feel my warmth and humanness. Why do I do that? Because research and years of experience tell me this: when there’s real connection between therapist and client, the work goes deeper, and it works better.
The Way I Show Up for You
I give my clients more access than most. Sessions are 65 minutes, not the standard 50. Those extra 15 minutes matter. They add up to one free session every month. It's time I give gladly, because real healing isn’t confined to a 50-minute box.
I’m not a “by-the-book” therapist. People aren’t machines, and healing doesn’t happen on a watch. We’ll find a rhythm that works for you. Learning to navigate this unique relationship together will be part of your healing.
