You Didn't Arrive Here Randomly
You're not looking for average therapy. You're likely looking for something more conscious. The kind of work that respects intuition and depth. You're sensitive and perceptive and you need a therapist who can meet you there. That's what the free, 30-minute consultation is for - to talk, ask questions and see if we resonate together. I bring 25 years of clinical experience - working at the intersection of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, somatic work, and spiritual inquiry. 512-649-0302

Does This Sound Like You?
- You’ve done years of counseling, but something still feels like it isn’t clicking.
- You've read all the books, practiced personal healing work, meditation, yet the benefits seem temporary
- You sense there’s more to life, and more to you than what's apparent.
- It’s as if something is trying to be born through you, though you can’t quite name it.
- You long for “home,” but not the house you grew up in. Something more...
- You’re drawn to energy work, synchronicity, dreams, guides, and the unseen.
You deserve a therapist who can walk beside you on that path.
What Is an Empath?
Science would say it's "Sensory Processing Disorder", "mirror-neuron sensitivity", or even "neurodivergent". Researchers point to a nervous system that may be more reactive or finely tuned to the emotional cues of others and the environment around them.
Mystics have always known there’s more to the story. They might say being an empath is living with a heart or body open so wide that you feel all the feelings in the room at once. Your energy field so porous it’s like walking through the world without skin. Empaths aren’t just “sensitive.” They’re attuned to life's deeper currents: the grief under someone’s smile, the tension in a silence, the tremor in the collective.
That kind of sensitivity is a gift of higher consciousness. You notice what others miss. You can bring comfort, clarity, even healing simply by being present.

Empaths and HSPs Need a Different Kind of Therapy
Most therapeutic models are built for average populations. Practical, linear models which are mainly focused on managing symptoms. But you’re not here just to manage. Empaths are tuned to higher frequencies. You carry the grief of the collective, the ache of the world. You feel the discord in the field long before it shows up in the news.
This is more than sensitivity... it’s a calling. You might have gifts of deep intuition, prophetic dreams, clairsentience, an ability to read the emotional “weather” of a relationship before a word is spoken.
You may need a type of therapy that honors the soul-level work you came here to do. You may need a therapist who knows how to help you hold your sensitivity without burning out, and who treats your gifts as a sacred tool - not pathology.

The Burden of an Open Emotional System
These gifts are beautiful, but they can also weigh heavy. Without support, the overwhelm can collapse your system, shut down your joy, or make you want to withdraw from the world entirely. All the pain you feel can manifest in your BODY and stay in your tissues for decades.
As sensitives, we can get bogged down with the weight of the world. We can even get sick. The energy has to go SOMEPLACE... and often it ends up in your own field and physical body.
Like many empaths - I have personally "tried it all". Modalities like traditional therapy, reiki, auric cleansing, Quantum Touch, chakra balancing, meditation, crystal healing, kundalini energy work, energy medicines, body work, and more. Some of them have given me wisdom and healing benefits. But there was always a restlessness that lingered. A kind of overwhelm within me that none of those treatments could touch.
Some of that feeling I had was a built-in longing that comes with the territory of very sensitive empaths in a third density world. But some of it wasn't that at all. Some of what I experienced was a tightly bound reservoir of feelings, images, and memories that were just too much for my system.

The Wonder of Spiritual Psychology
In 2010, I was introduced to Parts Work by a colleague who was both deeply spiritual... and deeply skilled. She helped me see the ways I had been turning away from myself. Not consciously, but out of sheer overwhelm. When I disconnected from myself, certain parts of me felt abandoned, and so very lonesome. I THOUGHT I was longing for something outside myself, but I was mistaken. I was surprised and delighted to learn real ways to come home to myself again. That homecoming - that PRESENCE - dissolved my anxiety. It cleared what had been making me feel dysregulated most of my life. I felt light, and curious, and creative again.
Since then, I’ve woven together Parts Work, hypnotherapy, and spiritual psychology into something of my own.
Over time, new modalities emerged:
- Rewriting History – consciously altering the internal life story
- Timeline Folding – bending memory (like the Mandela Effect) to create new outcomes
- Soul Retrieval – calling home the parts of us that once fractured or fled
- Compass Tuning – Learning to hear and follow your intuition in real-time
- Guide Contact – meeting guides, allies, and the ones who walk beside you
- Higher-Self Integration – forming a living bond with your higher aspect
- Cross-Veil Conversations – repairing unfinished relationships (with the living or the dead) when direct contact isn’t possible
Soul-Safe Connection: Why the Personality Match Matters
Most of the people I work with are seekers... people who feel life deeply. If you’re on a healing path of awakening, you probably already know ordinary therapy can only take you so far.
That’s why I practice at the crossroads: part science-informed psychotherapist, part intuitive-empathic healer. I hold both maps so we can follow whichever door opens. I follow YOUR cues that come from your being. This kind of therapy is a dance between you and me.
You subtly lead. I mirror back what I suspect I'm hearing. Together we find the core - and begin the healing from there.

How I Use Mysticism, Shamanism and Energy in My Practice ~
I entered the Sufi path in the 1990s and was ordained in its lineage in 1999. For over two decades, I’ve been walking beside souls as they return to what they already know deep inside.
I’m one of those people who studies across worlds: from A Course in Miracles and shadow work, to manifestation, inner-child healing, and The Mirror Principle. My shelves hold teachers like Jesus, Gautama Buddha, Dr. David Hawkins, Marianne Williamson, Neville Goddard, and the Law of One. These aren’t just ideas to me, they’re the framework I live by, the ground I stand on.
I’m not here to convert or convince. My approach is non-denominational and deeply respectful of all worldviews. Whatever your beliefs, I’ll meet you there and help you build a path that feels true to you.

"When we engage together on all levels, integration happens. Mind — deep insight and clear understanding Body — felt awareness and release Heart — honest emotional expression Soul — connection to what is larger than us" |
I work with people nationwide through remote sessions.
